RETURNS:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain types of items may be exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance items are non-returnable. Please see our website or contact customer service for a full list of non-returnable items.
SHIPPING RETURNS:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will generally receive the credit within 15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.
EXCHANGES:
